This post is a follow up to my last post entitled: "CONSUMER ALERT - Google BizKit".
Ok, I have been looking around at a large number of these sites offering information on how to make money with Google Adsense. They are almost all identical with slight variations. But they all have the hidden monthly charge that can range from $29.90 a month to $79.90 a month. And many of them are owned by the same people.
The bottom line is don't buy anything from anyone that claims to give you the "secrets" to making easy money with Google Adsense. If they really had any so-called secret formula then they would not have to trick you into a hidden monthly fee. None of these websites have any useful information whatsoever.
If you want to know if you can make any money with Google Adsense then go sign up for an Adsense account and put the code into your websites (they tell you how at Google). If your site or sites get alot of traffic then you will likely make some money. If they don't get any traffic then you won't. And paying someone $79.90 a month for them to give you the exact same information that you get from Google for free when you sign up for an account is not going to increase the amount of money you make.

Well....I did respond to this, just a couple of days ago. Is there a legal way to stop the hidden monthly charge from happening?? HELP!
ReplyDeleteYou will need to tell your bank about it and have them hot card your debit card and issue you a new one like I did.
ReplyDeleteIf you just try to call and cancel they will charge your card anyway. This is not a legit business that is now in possession of your debit card number...it is a crook who now has it.
You have to cancel your credit card and/or debit card. This is a scam. I have called them and stated cancel this. I again had a charge on my credit card today so I called the card company to dispute the charge again. The card company is cancelling that card number and giving me a new number. I think that is the only way to make them stop. I will still be disputing the second charge now too. I will be calling them back & giving them a piece of my mind, again. Cancel your card, or they will just tell u they will stop and they will then just continue to take money from you.
ReplyDeleteThe thing my back rep thought was funny is that all three numbers for the three fraudulent charges was that the phone message was identical (even the same voice) ...

One call to each number and she said "Yep, it's fraud." and immediately put in claims for me concerning those charges. Closed the debit card and issues me a new one.
I was also scammed. They tried to charge me $99 and my bank froze the account denied the charge and called me. So I told them I did not know of the BizKit and we canceled my card and issued another one. On 1/26/2010 there was a charge from GOOGLE CASH SOFTWARE MEQUON WI for 2.95. Of course there is no mention of Google anywhere with the other charges. I also called and got the recording with mailbox full. There is a new charge just two days later not seven for 47.98. I would be willing to go in a class action lawsuit to make them think again about stealing OPM (other peoples money).
